Sports Betting Rules

Definitions

• Sportsbook means the Qqwin platform offering markets for wagering on sports, including events, results and related outcomes.
• Market means a specific betting proposition within a sport or event that may have multiple selectable outcomes.
• Bet means the bettor's selection accepted by Qqwin and evidenced by the transfer of funds intended to seal the wager.
• Contract means the legal agreement formed when Qqwin accepts a bet under the terms offered in the sportsbook, whereby the payer of any winnings is the bettor and the payee is Qqwin, subject to the outcome of the event.
• Outcome means the final result for a market that determines whether a bet wins or loses.
• Odds means the multiplier used to calculate the payout for a winning bet.
• Stake means the amount of money placed on a bet by the bettor.
• Payout means the amount returned to the bettor if a bet is settled in the bettor's favor, calculated as stake multiplied by the prevailing odds, subject to any applicable promotions or restrictions.
• Event means a sporting competition or other eligible activity offered for betting on the Qqwin sportsbook.
• Winnings refers to the gross amount paid on a winning bet before any withholding or fees, net of the stake unless stated otherwise under a promotional rule.

General rules and account integrity

• Rule amendments: Qqwin reserves the right to update these terms and to introduce new rules at any time. New rules take effect immediately upon publication and apply to bets placed after publication; bets entered before publication remain governed by the rules in force at the time of placement.
• Age restriction: Registration and betting are limited to individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older. Qqwin may request documentary age verification and may suspend or freeze access if proof of age is not provided or if an individual is found to be under the permitted age.
• Personal data security: Qqwin employs reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect customer data. Personal information remains confidential and is not disclosed or sold to third parties except as required by law or regulatory obligation. Winnings and payment information are treated as confidential and are disclosed only as required by regulatory bodies or with customer consent where applicable.
• Multiple accounts: A single customer may hold only one active account. If multiple accounts are discovered, all but one shall be closed, and promotional offers may be withdrawn or limited for the closed accounts. The company may restrict participation in promotions where multiple accounts are involved.
• Responsible gaming: Qqwin supports responsible gaming and provides tools and information to manage wagering activity, including self-exclusion and time-limiting options consistent with applicable regulations.

Bet acceptance and settlement

• Bets are accepted on regular market times unless otherwise indicated. Bets may be accepted before the event starts; live bets are accepted only for events in progress where the outcome is not yet determined.
• Disputes: If a bet is disputed, the customer may raise the issue within 30 days after the event or market concludes.
• Changes to the sportsbook: Qqwin may modify odds, handicaps, totals, accrual limits and other terms at any time. Bets placed before such changes remain subject to the terms in force at the time of placement.
• Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake levels are set by Qqwin for each market and bet type. These may change without prior notice.
• Invalid bets: A bet placed on a market whose outcome is already known or on a market that is otherwise settled cannot be valid and will be refunded. This includes bets on markets where the result is determined before the bet was accepted.
• Forfeiture and disqualification: If a team forfeits or a participant is disqualified before the end of a match, markets with outcomes already determined are settled in favor of the known results, and all other markets are settled at odds of 1.00.
• Accuracy and corrections: Qqwin will strive for accurate listing of odds and results, but where errors occur, it reserves the right to correct them in accordance with its policies. If an error affects a live bet, the bet may be canceled; otherwise, the adjustment applies to nonlive bets and must be settled in a consistent manner.
• Bet management: Qqwin may refuse to accept bets without explanation, including bets by customers who breach rules. The company may close or temporarily block accounts without prior notice where appropriate.

• balances: Each bettor has two balances: a main balance and a bonus balance. Only the main balance is eligible for placing bets; bonus balances may be restricted from use for wagering.

Types of bets

• Single bet: A wager on a single market outcome. Winnings equal the stake multiplied by the odds for that outcome.
• Accumulator bet: A wager on multiple independent events. All choices must be correct for the accumulator to win. Payout is the product of the individual odds multiplied by the stake, rounded to two decimal places.
• System bet: A combination of multiple accumulators with equal stake per accumulator. The total win is the sum of winnings across the included accumulators, based on the configured combinations and stakes.
• Conditional bet: A sequence of bets where only the initial principal stake is funded upfront, with subsequent bets funded from winnings generated by the preceding bet. If the principal loses, the entire sequence loses. If winnings are insufficient to cover subsequent bets, remaining conditional bets are excluded from the slip.

Live betting

• Live bets: Bets accepted during an event on markets whose outcome is not yet determined. Live bets may be offered before and during a match in the live betting section.
• Real-time odds: Market odds update continuously during live play and may move up or down between selection and acceptance, potentially affecting final winnings.
• Settlement: Live bets are settled on the basis of results known immediately after the event; subsequent corrections are not applied unless specifically stated otherwise. Bets on athletes not participating may be invalid unless stated otherwise.
• Live market outcomes: Bets on markets whose outcomes are determined during live play are valid and settled as those outcomes are confirmed, even if the event is interrupted or shortened.
• Claims window: Claims relating to live event bets may be considered for up to 24 hours after the start of the event in question.
• Interruption rules: If a match is interrupted or not completed within 24 hours, bets settled up to the interruption are final; unsettled markets with ambiguous or incomplete outcomes are settled at odds of 1.00 and the stake is refunded where applicable.

Bet history and account management

• Bet history access: Customers can view previous bets at any time in the Bet History section, applying date filters to review activity within a chosen period.

Minimum and maximum stake

• Minimum stake: The minimum stake for all events is defined within the sportsbook interface and is the same for all players unless otherwise specified by Qqwin in relation to a specific event or market.
• Maximum stake: The maximum stake per event is shown in the sportsbook and varies by sport, event type and bet type. Qqwin reserves the right to impose limits on individual bets, restrict multiple bets on the same outcome, or apply other promotional or wagering restrictions without prior notice.

Football rules

• Regular time obligations: Football bets include the full regular time and any stoppage time added by the referee. First half stoppage is represented as 45 plus added minutes, and second half stoppage as 90 plus added minutes. Events that go into extra time or penalties will offer a separate outcome such as To Win The Match or To Qualify, as applicable.
• Event irregularities: If an event concludes before the official end time or is postponed, bets may be invalid and settled at 1.00, unless an exception is stated in the market terms. A change to the start time may shift the betting deadline for that event.
• First goalscorer and substitutions: Own goals do not count toward first goalscorer bets. If the first goal is an own goal, bets on the presumed first goalscorer are settled based on the second scorer. If all goals are own goals, No Goals may win unless the slip indicates otherwise. Bets on players who do not participate or are substituted before the goal may be void. If the specified player does not participate, bets on that player may be void unless otherwise stated in the slip.

Compliance, fair play and anti fraud

• Fair Play and fraud prevention: Qqwin maintains a Fair Play and Fraud Prevention Policy to detect and deter irregular wagering activity, including collusion and shell betting. Absent material reasons provided by regulatory or enforcement bodies, Qqwin may suspend or close accounts and void affected bets as needed.
• Anti money laundering and know-your-customer: Qqwin applies applicable know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering controls, including identity verification, source of funds checks, and ongoing monitoring for suspicious activity in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Account integrity: In cases of suspected misuse, the company may impose restrictions, request additional documentation, or require account verification before continuing service.

Privacy and data protection

• Privacy: Qqwin complies with applicable data protection laws. Personal data remains confidential and is used solely for purposes of account administration, wagering, payments, and regulatory reporting as required.
• Data sharing: Personal data may be disclosed to regulatory authorities, payment processors, and other obliged parties as required by law. Winnings information may be disclosed to relevant authorities where legally required.
• Access and queries: Customers may contact Qqwin to exercise data access, correction or deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and internal policy.
